Standard TV and Appliance sucks Update

Well, finally last week I got Standard TV and appliance to issue a refund. After much hoop jumping. The repair man helped me go around standard by giving me numbers of their supplier and he also called viking. I had to threaten picketing and the news. First they called trying to give me a credit - like that would work. After days of insisting and telling her that I would be there to picket on father's day weekend, I got a refund. Now I just have to get the fridge out of my house. Standard delivery guys have been here twice and had to leave because they were not prepared. First time they did not bring a dolly large enough, or enough help. so they issued a request for another delivery day with the big blue dolly and a four man crew instead of two. Today they show up with two workers and the big blue dolly. So they left again with out the fridge. This time the delivery guy took pictures of the kitchen and what they had to do to get it out. (which is remove the top grill so it barley fits under the ceiling to tip it, remove two doors and zig zag it out - which is easier said than done). So hopefully they will come back prepared this time. Even the delivery guys obviously don't like Standard.
